Mischer Development Awards $40,000 to Houston Area Real Estate Agents at Annual Winner’s Circle Dinner

Mischer Development hosted their annual Winner’s Circle dinner on Wednesday, January 21st, at the iconic Tony’s restaurant. The restaurant was closed to the public and open exclusively for this event. Agents qualify for the Winner’s Circle by selling a new home in Cypress Creek Lakes. Cash awards were given to the following agents that night:

Strong New Home Sales Spur Commercial Growth in Cypress Creek Lakes

Following two years of record-setting new home sales in Cypress Creek Lakes, commercial activity in the community is very active and is bringing residents many new conveniences right to their front doors.
 
H-E-B has started construction on their new 100,000 square foot store at the northeast corner of Fry Road and Tuckerton. The 15-acre site will include a fuel center and car wash. Opening is scheduled for mid-summer 2015.
 

The Vintage Adds New Self Storage Location

The Vintage Self Storage is coming soon to the Vintage, a mixed-use/master planned development in northwest Houston located on Vintage Preserve Parkway, just south of Louetta Road, east of SH 249. Plans are being finalized for an early spring, 2015 construction start. The Vintage Self Storage will cater to both business and residential customers. The project is being developed by Robert Wheless. HFF is providing consulting and financial intermediary services.
