What We Do - Commercial & Mixed Use - The Vintage
The Vintage is one of the most exciting master planned, mixed-use developments in Houston’s history. The 630-acre property was acquired from Hewlett-Packard in 2004 and 2005 by V&W Partners, Ltd. a partnership between the Kickerillo Companies and Mischer Investments. Since that time, 84% of its land area has been committed to use inclusive of 380 acres of upscale projects that are now complete or under development. Additionally, 150 acres will ultimately be dedicated to Harris County as a permanent park known as the Kickerillo-Mischer Preserve.
Projects complete or currently under construction include Vintage Park, a 460,000 square feet of retail/office lifestyle center that includes the 112,000 square foot HEB Vintage Market, a 123-room element Hotel by Westin, a St Luke’s Hospital and Kelsey Seybold medical campus, and over 1,600 upscale residences. In addition, Hewlett Packard employs approximately 9,000 people immediately adjacent to The Vintage and Lone Star Community College recently purchased 1.2 million square feet of building space from Hewlett Packard for use as a community college and university center.
The Vintage is Northwest Houston’s premier, 630-acre mixed-use development encompassing residential, retail, business and nature components.
