The major objective of the company is to facilitate the implementation of regional integrated healthcare systems through the provision of strategic advisory services and the creation of facilities for healthcare providers.

Through partnerships with the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, the company has developed premier medical office buildings that encompass 1,121,000 square feet of space and represent a total market value of $350 million. Mischer Healthcare Services is also active in the senior living market with Belmont Village, and a national seniors housing company with 29 communities across the United States, plus 1 community in Mexico.
